In a high-speed transmission connector having a male connector and a female connector adapted to connect with the male connector, the male connector is provided with a first outer conductor enveloping a contact pin. The female connector is provided with a conductive socket member which is for being brought into contact with the contact pin with the contact pin inserted to the socket member when the female connector is connected to the male connector. The female connector is further provided with a second outer conductor enveloping the socket member which is for being brought into contact with the first outer conductor with being inserted to the first outer conductor so that the first outer conductor are kept at an earth potential through the second outer conductor when the female connector is connected to the male connector.

Dans un connecteur de transmission à grande vitesse comportant un connecteur mâle associé à un connecteur femelle adapté, ledit connecteur mâle est doté d'un premier conducteur externe enveloppant une broche de contact. Le connecteur femelle est doté d'un support conducteur destiné à entrer en contact avec la broche de contact, celle-ci étant insérée dans ledit support conducteur lorsque le connecteur femelle est raccordé au connecteur mâle. Le connecteur femelle est en outre doté d'un deuxième conducteur externe enveloppant le support conducteur. Ce deuxième conducteur externe est destiné à entrer en contact avec le premier conducteur externe et à y être inséré de façon que ledit premier conducteur externe demeure au potentiel de la masse par l'intermédiaire du deuxième conducteur externe lorsque le connecteur femelle est raccordé au connecteur mâle.
