A constant angle cutting tool is disclosed. The cutting tool mainly includes a first cutting member having a first cutting head and a first handle extending from the first cutting head, said first cutting head having two first cutters defining an angle therebetween, a second cutting member pivotally connected to the first cutting member, said second cutting member having a second cutting head and a second handle extending from the second cutting head, said second cutting head having two second cutters disposed corresponding to the first cutters, and each of the two first cutters having a stopper disposed at the same distance from the peak of the angle formed by the two first cutters.
