A construction machine comprising an engine disposed along a counterweight in which the intake piping of the engine can be passed between the counterweight and the engine without spacing the counterweight apart from the engine and outward projecting of the counterweight can be reduced. A recessed piping space (44) for passing intake piping (28) is formed in the surface (36) of the counterweight (18) facing the engine (14).

L'invention porte sur un engin de terrassement muni d'un moteur monté le long d'un contrepoids, ce qui permet de faire passer la tubulure d'admission du moteur entre le contrepoids et le moteur sans avoir à séparer le contrepoids du moteur, tout en réduisant la projection du contrepoids vers l'extérieur. L'invention porte également sur un évidement (44) où se loge la tubulure (28) d'admission formé à la surface du contrepoids (18), face au moteur (14).
