A method for creating categories based on the following requirements: a one to one function between real categories and word categories, categories that are as broad as possible, categories which do not overlap. The method involves constructing word categories as sets of related words, defining fixed categories as general categories applicable to most other categories, constructing free categories by selecting all categories which are not fixed, placing fixed categories in all of the free categories and constructing relations between the free categories. In this way categories do not overlap significantly and the number of categories and category relations decreases. Furthermore, insertion and searching of the records in the lists is simple.
