A consumable packaging composition is provided for packaging clear-binders, made of one or several packaging materials, alone or in combination, such as plastics, polymers and extenders, and which melting point is adjusted so that the packaging material melts when in contact wit the hot aggregates as methods of using them, are also disclosed. Optionally, and prior to packaging, the clear-binder may be mixed together with one or several color pigments used for production of colored mixes depending on the end-user requirements. In a preferred practice, the size of the packaged clear-binder product containers is adjusted such that, after transport and storage, the packaged material together with the packaging material can be directly incorporated along any of the steps of a production process that uses clear-binders. The packaged clear- binder material permits handling and manipulation to be reduced to the minimum necessary, thus avoiding the need for pre-heating and hot-storage of clear- binders.
L'invention concerne une composition pour produire un emballage destiné à des liants transparents, constitué d'un ou de plusieurs matériaux d'emballage, seul ou en combinaison, tels que des plastiques, polymères et matières de charge, le point de fusion dudit matériau d'emballage étant ajusté de sorte que ce dernier fond lorsqu'il est mis en contact avec les granulats chauds utilisés pour produire des mélanges incolores ou colorés. L'invention concerne également des liants transparents emballés ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation de ces derniers. Le liant peut éventuellement, avant d'être emballé, être mélangé à un ou plusieurs pigments colorés utilisés pour la production de mélanges colorés, en fonction des exigences de l'utilisateur final. De préférence, la taille des contenants destinés aux liants transparents emballés est ajustée de sorte que, après le transport et le stockage, les matériaux emballés avec le matériau d'emballage puissent être directement intégrés dans n'importe quelle étape d'un processus de production faisant intervenir des liants transparents. Le liant transparent emballé permet de réduire la manipulation au strict nécessaire et évite ainsi de devoir préchauffer et stocker à chaud les liants transparents.
