ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A novel chair is provided herein which can be easily assembled and disassembled by consumers. The chair has a seat having two first openings therethrough and a set of apertures thereunder, each aperture having an inner thread. A back member is mounted on the seat, the back member having two projections, each of which projections having an outer thread, extended through the first openings. Two nuts are respectively screwed on the projections. A leg member is provided having a set of holes through its top corresponding to the positions of the set of apertures. A set of first screws extend through the set of holes and are screwed into the set of apertures. This provides the advantage that the assembly procedure can be left unfinished in the manufacturing procedure, resulting in a low production cost. In addition, the transportation cost of the unfininished chairs can be significantly reduced because of the space they save when being transported.
