A contact communication method comprises the steps of establishing a business relation with a party to be contacted; generating a computer transmittable and receivable message, wherein the message is configured to display on a computer screen and is configured to have an alert function that causes an alert to be returned to the sender of the computer transmittable and receivable message; transmitting the computer transmittable and receivable message to a known Internet address associated with the party to be contacted; receiving a returned alert function; and, placing a telephone call to the party to be contacted.
