ABSTRACT A squeeze-outable container with a hollow space for, eg., pasty, powdery or liquid goods is formed out of a single blank, which is bent over in a somewhat U shape. The blank consists thereby out of a bendable, mainly stiff, carton-like or carton con- taining material or also out of carton itself. The edge areas of the blank lie flat upon one another after the forming procedure and are then tightly joined. Only in the area of the crossover of one wall to another a U cross ridge is produced across the base, which exerts a distancing function on the hollow space of the container. An at first flat channel passage is provided in the edge area of the container beyond the base, in whose area the edges of the blank are not joined together. This channel is closed before use and can be opened by tearing or cutting off a tongue into which it leads.
