The invention relates to a container (100) comprising a carrier (1) for holding and presenting surgical auxiliary materials (80), in particular screws such as bone screws, in a receiving or mounting position and at least one removable cover (48) that prevents the auxiliary material from coming loose, but allows said surgical material (80) to be individually presented. According to the invention, at least two containers (100) are detachably interconnected by means of the cover (48) and/or the carrier (1).
