The invention provides a simple, inexpensive and comfortable container carrier for securing a container of fluids, such as paint, stain or the like, to a person's body thereby freeing up a person's hands for other tasks, such as climbing a ladder, with an associated increase in safety, mobility and productivity. The carrier permits easy access by the person to the container contents, whether the person is right or left-handed, and includes a body harness and a support for the container coupled to the body harness.
