ABSTRACT An injection molded thermoplastic container is disclosed which has a body including a generally cylindrical sidewall, a bottom wall formed integral with the sidewall, and an open top spaced from the bottom wall, the sidewall including upper and lower axially spaced apart portions. A reinforcement section is radially inset relative to the sidewall, the reinforcement section being formed integral with the body between the upper and lower portions of the sidewall and defining a discontinuity in the side- wall adjacent the top thereof. A label is secured to the body and overlies at least parts of the upper and lower sidewall portions and the reinforcement section, the label conformingly engaging the parts of the upper and lower sidewall portions.
