ABSTRACT Apparatus whereby containers of viscous liquids may be discharged, the viscous contents being heated by microwave energy transmitted into the container to effect heating. The apparatus comprises a system of elements whereby the output of a microwave generator, or generators may be coupled to the inlet of a container so as to direct the microwaves therein. Fluid flow may be permitted out the microwave inlet.
