A container for liquids and bulk materials is made from a blank having a plurality of sets of folding lines thereon. The container comprises a substantially parallelipipedic body having side walls and lateral edges between the side walls, the lateral edges comprising a first set of folding lines of the blank, and a funnel-shaped portion on top of the body comprising faces extending from the side walls, the head portion tapering in cross-section towards a central annular opening of predetermined shape. The head portion further comprises triangular folding pockets folded inwardly along a second set of folding lines towards the interior of the head portion and outwardly along a third set of folding lines so that the folding pockets are disposed in pairs and bear along interior surfaces of the faces. The folding pockets are sealed to the interior surfaces along the interior folds and along upper edges of the folding pockets so that the folding pockets are closed off to the interior of the head portion. The container further comprises a spout or an adapter for a spout and a flange disposed on the funnel-shaped head portion from the interior of the container. The spout or adapter and the flange are shaped to conform to the predetermined shape of the central annular opening. Preferably, the container is made from a cardboard material, or a cardboard/plastic multi-layer composite material.
Cette invention concerne un récipient pour liquides et matières en vrac réalisé à partir d'un flan comprenant plusieurs jeux de lignes de pliage. Il a un corps sensiblement parallélépipédique dont les parois comportent des lignes de pliage coïncidant avec les arêtes du récipient, corps surmonté d'une partie en forme d'entonnoir inversé dont les faces sont dans le prolongement des parois latérales du récipient. Cette partie supérieure a une section qui se réduit progressivement jusqu'à une ouverture annulaire centrée. Elle comporte par ailleurs des pochettes triangulaires repliées vers l'intérieur le long d'un deuxième jeu de lignes de pliage et vers l'extérieur le long d'un troisième jeu de lignes de pliage de manière à être groupées par paires et appuyées sur les surfaces intérieures des faces susmentionnées. Les pochettes sont scellées à la surface intérieure le long des lignes de pliage intérieures et le long de leur rive supérieure de façon à être isolées de l'intérieur de la partie supérieure du récipient. Celui-ci comprend en outre une goulotte ou un adaptateur de goulotte ainsi qu'une collerette disposée sur sa partie supérieure en forme d'entonnoir de l'intérieur du récipient. La goulotte ou l'adaptateur de goulotte et la collerette ont une forme qui s'adapte à la forme prédéterminée de l'ouverture annulaire centrée. De préférence, le récipient est fait de carton ondulé ou d'un composite carton ondulé-plastique multicouche.
