The invention relates to a container neck closure device and to a container equipped with one such device. The invention comprises a removable closure device (20) for the neck of a container (3) and a peelable seal which is intended to cover the rim of the neck in a hermetic manner. In order to ensure that the container is properly sealed when being re-closed with the closure device, the peelable layer of the seal is adapted such as to only cover an inner zone (61) of the rim (6) of the neck (3). In addition, the closure device is provided internally with a skirt (24) which rests on a different outer zone (62) of said rim in an impervious manner, said skirt being plastically deformable between an essentially-cylindrical configuration and a flared configuration. Moreover, the inner face of the skirt comprises a surface (244) for the transmission of a pressure force (F¿2?) which is essentially associated with the co-operation between the skirt in the flared configuration thereof and the rim of the neck.
Ce dispositif comporte un bouchon amovible (20) de fermeture du col de récipient (3) et un opercule pelable destiné ô recouvrir de manière hermétique le buvant du col. Pour garantir une bonne étanchéité du récipient lors de son rebouchage par le bouchon, la couche pelable de l'opercule est adaptée pour ne couvrir qu'une zone intérieure (61) du buvant (6) du col (3), le bouchon est pourvu intérieurement d'une jupe (24) d'appui étanche sur une zone extérieure (62) de ce buvant, distincte de la zone intérieure (61) et cette jupe est plastiquement déformable entre une configuration globalement cylindrique et une configuration évasée, la face intérieure de cette jupe présentant une surface (244) de transmission d'un effort d'appui (F2) lié essentiellement ô la coopération de la jupe dans sa configuration évasée avec le buvant du col.
