ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A container rack is provided which comprises a frame with means for attaching the frame to means for carrying the frame about, and means for locking a container on the frame. A container side wall structure is also provided which comprises a protrusion formed in the side wall defining a groove adapted to fit within a complementary frame, and means in the protrusion for lockably engaging the frame. The invention includes the combination of the container rack and complementary container side wall structure described above.
