A container system for a floral arrangement, comprising a waterproof container (2) having a base portion (14) which can act as a water reservoir, and a separate insert (6) locatable from above into a lower part of the container, said insert acting to confine from above water within the reservoir, said insert carrying a porous water-retaining material (8) lying within the reservoir, said porous material extending upwardly through the insert so that an upper portion of the material is exposed to receive the stems of cut flowers and the like.
L'invention concerne un système de récipient destiné à un arrangement floral. Le système comprend un récipient étanche (2), comportant une partie base (14) qui peut servir de réservoir d'eau, et une insertion (6) séparée, pouvant être introduite depuis le haut dans la partie inférieure dudit récipient et servant à confiner l'eau depuis le haut à l'intérieur dudit réservoir. L'insertion comporte un matériau poreux (8) retenant l'eau, disposé à l'intérieur du réservoir et s'étendant vers le haut à travers ladite insertion de façon à exposer sa partie supérieure et à recevoir les tiges des fleurs coupées ou similaire.
