The invention relates to a container wall, preferably made of concrete, in particular for container for storing and fermenting ferment materials, comprising a clamping channel, having an undercut near the upper edge that is open to the outside for clampingly receiving a rim of at least one foil made of plastic material that covers the container at the top, wherein the clamping channel comprises a narrowed lateral insertion slot that is formed by an upper and a lower protrusion, which height is less than the height of an oblong insertion profile, to which the foil can be wrapped around, that can be inserted into the clamping channel. A lower wall of the clamping channel is preferably just slightly wider than the thickness of the clamping rail at the facing longitudinal edge which is, for example formed as a flat profile, while the upper wall of the clamping channel is at least twice as wide as the thickness of the clamping rail at the facing longitudinal edge. The cross-sectional dimensions of the channel, the insertion slot and the insertion profile are such that the insertion profile can be inserted into the clamping channel trough the entry slot in an oblique orientation thereto and when the foil that is wrapped around the insertion profile is under tension, the insertion profile is retained in the clamping channel by the protrusions against moving out of the clamping channel in an approximately parallel orientation to the protrusions.
L'invention concerne une paroi de contenant, de préférence en béton, notamment pour des contenants de stockage et de fermentation de substances fermentantes, qui comporte à proximité du bord supérieur un canal de serrage ouvert vers l'extérieur avec contre-dépouille pour la réception par serrage d'un bord d'une feuille en matière plastique recouvrant le contenant sur le côté supérieur, le canal de serrage comportant une fente d'entrée latérale rétrécie qui est formée par une saillie supérieure et une saillie inférieure et dont la hauteur est inférieure à la hauteur d'un profilé d'insertion allongé pouvant être introduit dans le canal de serrage et autour duquel la feuille peut être placée. Une paroi inférieure du canal n'est de préférence qu'un peu plus large que l'épaisseur du rail de serrage sur le bord longitudinal adjacent, tandis que la paroi supérieure du canal est de préférence au moins deux fois aussi large que l'épaisseur du rail de serrage sur le bord longitudinal adjacent. Les dimensions de la section transversale du canal, de la fente d'entrée et du profilé d'insertion sont telles que le profil d'insertion peut être introduit dans le canal de serrage par la fente d'entrée en position oblique par rapport à celle-ci et est maintenu dans le canal de serrage par les saillies, en position approximativement parallèle par rapport celles-ci, pour l'empêcher de sortir du canal de serrage, quand la feuille placée autour du profilé d'insertion est sous tension.
