A container having a container opening and a reusable cap for sealing the container opening has a cap retainer for storing the cap in a storage configuration when the cap is not being used to seal the opening. The cap retainer may be provided by a slot defined by a pair of sidewalls. The slot has at least one open end. Each of the sidewalls provides a contact surface which engages the cap for securing the cap in its storage configuration within the slot.

L'invention concerne un conteneur possédant une ouverture de conteneur et un couvercle réutilisable destiné à fermer l'ouverture du conteneur possédant un couvercle de contenu permettant de stocker le couvercle dans une configuration de stockage lorsque le couvercle n'est pas utilisé pour fermer l'ouverture. Le couvercle de retenue peut être muni d'une encoche définie par une paire de parois latérales. L'encoche dispose d'au moins une extrémité ouverte. Chacune des parois latérales définit une surface de contact qui se met en prise avec le couvercle afin de fixer ce dernier dans sa configuration de stockage dans l'encoche.
