Abstract Container with closure The invention relates to a container and closure, the container (1) comprising a neck with a rim (5) and the closure (6) comprising a relatively flexible skirt provided internally with fastening means (7) for attachment to the rim, in which the edge of the rim (5) is substantially elliptical in shape and the closure (6) is substantially rectangular in shape so that it can cap the elliptical opening, the rotation of the closure relative to the con- tainer enabling the two fastenings (7) on the width side of the skirt of the closure to be disengaged from the rim and the two fastenings (7) on the length side of the skirt of the closure to be unlocked by deformation of the skirt against the edge of the elliptical rim at the level of its minor axis.
