A container includes a rotating handle which is rotatable between a pouring position in which the contents of the container can be poured and a carrying position in which the handle extends over the top of the container. The handle includes a pivot pin which is inserted into an opening in the container. A pair of lugs are located on the container adjacent the opening and are engageable with lugs on the handle for supporting the handle in the pouring and carrying positions.
