An object is to obtain a container for measurement of cell functions which is simplified in operation, less risky and capable of measuring the cell functions very accurately. A container for measurement of cell functions, for use in the determination of a physiologically active substance produced by blood cells, is constituted such that an amount of material capable of inducing production of the physiologically active substance, when extracted from the material of the container with water of a volume equal to a liquid volume to be subjected to measurement, is controlled at a level insufficient to induce production of the physiologically active substance from the blood cells. A container for measurement of cell functions in which a material capable of inducing production of a physiologically active substance in blood when contacted with the blood is accommodated in such a condition as being contactable with blood, and in which an amount of the material capable of inducing production of the physiologically active substance in the container before use is limited to a level insufficient to influence a measured value of the physiologically active substance.
L'invention concerne des récipients destinés à la détermination de fonctions cellulaires, lesquels sont d'un emploi facile, moins dangereux et permettent une détermination de haute précision. Spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un récipient destiné à la détermination de fonctions cellulaires à utiliser dans l'analyse de susbstances physiologiquement actives produites par des hémocytes, lequel est constitué de manière que la quantité de matières induisant la production des substances physiologiquement actives est abaissée à un niveau tel qu'il n'engendre par la production de substances par les hémocytes, déterminée par extraction d'eau dans le récipient en une quantité égale à celle d'un échantillon de sang analysé; ainsi qu'un autre récipient à cet effet, dans lequel les matières induisant la production de substances, lorsqu'elles sont mises en contact avec du sang, sont placées dans un état capable de venir au contact du sang, et la quantité des matières se trouvant dans le récipient est abaissée de manière à ne pas affecter l'analyse des substances.
