A container with winding dispensing means for sticky meals, particularly for sticky rice-type of meals having a first opening through which meals and the dispensing means can be filled and placed into the container respectively and having a second opening through which the meals can be depended out. A plane in which the first opening is perpendicular to another plane in which the second plane is. This container is provided as a covenant package for users who can take the packaged sticky rice-type of meals without another tableware, such as forks, spoons or chopsticks. This container is reusable.
