Process for the preparation of oil of marine origin with reduced content of polychlorinated dioxins, furans, biphenyls and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The oil obtainable by the process has combined concentrations of polychloranited dioxins, furans and biphenyls in a range from 0.05 - 6 (ng TEQ/kg oil) and is used in foodstuffs or pharmaceutical formulations.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation d'une huile d'origine marine à faible teneur en dioxines polychlorées, en furanes, en biphényles et en hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques. L'huile ainsi obtenue, qui présente une concentration combinée de ces produits comprise entre 0,05 et 6 (ng TEQ/kg), s'utilise dans des produits alimentaires ou pharmaceutiques.
