The present invention is a continuous air inflatable toy system for use on a surface to provide interactive use with a person such as a child. In one embodiment, the system comprises an air blower adapted to provide a continuous flow of air. The system further comprises a first air permeable body in fluid communication the air blower by a connection device such as a flexible sleeve. The system further comprises a second air permeable body in fluid communication with the first air permeable body. The system further comprises a connection mechanism adapted to allow the second air permeable body to rotate relative to the first air permeable body. The connection mechanism comprises an unitary joint portion having inner and outer channel portions engaged with the first and second air permeable bodies, respectively, and an inner passage way adapted to allow the air to flow from the first air permeable body to the second air permeable body. In use, a person may grasp the second air permeable body and rotate the same relative to the first air permeable body.
