ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A low yield point cold-reduced steel sheet suitable for press-forming can be obtained by a full continuous annealing process when a low carbon steel is manufactured as follows: 1. The chemical composition is substantially controlled during the steel making stage as follows, [02] ? 0.02% preferably 0.014%, depending upon additions of Si and Al, [Si] ? 0.2% preferably 0.1% to 0.02%, [Sol.Al] ? 0.009% preferably 0.005%, 2. During the hot-rolling stage after ordinary stabbing, a hot-rolled steel strip is coiled within the range of 650°C. to 800°C. 3. During the continuous annealing stage after ordinary pickling - cold-reducing, a cold-reduced steel strip is subjected to a full continuous annealing includ- ing an over-aging treatment.
