ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A continuous business form mailer assembly is disclosed having a top opening return envelope formed by adhering a narrow second longitudinally extending web over one half of a first longitudinally extending web and applying a C-patterned adhesive to one half the form opposite the return envelope. After printing, the assembly is folded along a center longitudinal perforation, passed through a sealing mechanism, and detached into individual mailers.
