The invention relates to a continuous casting device for producing slabs made of steel, comprising a mold and a downstream strand guide having racks with lower and upper frames, on which guide rollers are provided, the jaw width of which can be continuously adjusted by means of the adjusting elements connecting the frames. Cylinders are provided as the adjusting elements, which are controlled by shift valves. To this end, the advantages of position-controlled cylinders as adjusting elements are to be used, however the costs are to be lower. The invention therefore provides that the valves are configured as quick-acting valves, or that the valves are equipped with a controller enabling a quick switching process.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de coulée continue pour la production de brames d'acier, comprenant une coquille et un guidage continu placé après, qui possède des structures comprenant des châssis inférieur et supérieur, au niveau desquels sont prévus des rouleaux de guidage dont l'écartement peut être ajusté progressivement grâce aux éléments d'ajustement reliant les châssis, des cylindres contrôlés par des soupapes de commutation étant prévus en tant qu'éléments d'ajustement. On doit pouvoir tirer avantage des cylindres à régulation de position en tant qu'éléments d'ajustement, les coûts doivent cependant être réduits. Pour cela, on recommande que les soupapes soient réalisées sous la forme de soupapes de commutation rapide ou que les soupapes soient pourvues d'un contrôle permettant une opération de commutation rapide.
