The invention relates to a continuous casting mold comprising two narrow mold sides opposite each other and two longitudinal mold sides opposite each other, wherein at least one of the narrow mold sides can be moved towards or away from the opposite narrow mold side by hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders can be actuated independently of each other and each comprises one cylinder and one piston rod moved therein. The piston rod is connected to the adjustable narrow mold side, wherein at least one hydraulic cylinder is provided with a device for detecting the position of the piston and thus is associated with the adjustment of the narrow mold side. In order to achieve a better determination of the position of the narrow mold side, the invention proposes that the device comprise a displacement sensor disposed parallel to the hydraulic cylinder that is designed such that the measuring path directly equals the displacement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder.
L'invention concerne une coquille pour moulage en coquilles continu, comprenant deux côtés étroits de coquille opposés mutuellement, et deux côtés longitudinaux de coquille opposés mutuellement, au moins l'un des côtés étroits étant déplaçable, par un cylindre hydraulique, en direction du côté étroit opposé, ou à partir de ce côté étroit, les cylindres hydrauliques pouvant être actionnés indépendamment les uns des autres et chacun de ces cylindres hydrauliques présentant un piston guidé à l'intérieur, et dont la tige de piston est connectée avec le côté étroit ajustable de la coquille, et un dispositif de détection de la position du piston et, par conséquent du déplacement du côté étroit de la coquille, étant associé à au moins l'un des cylindres hydrauliques. L'invention a pour but d'obtenir une meilleure détermination de la position du côté étroit de la coquille et, à cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif est constitué par un capteur de déplacement qui est disposé parallèlement au cylindre hydraulique et qui est configuré de façon que son parcours de mesure corresponde directement au déplacement du piston dudit cylindre hydraulique.
