ABSTRACT A continuous flow reactor for a peptide sequenator, the continuous flow reactor being assembled by interference fit joints from a plurality of tubes of pliable, chemically inert material such as polytetrafluoroethylene. One tube section is packed, e.g., with silica beads coated with the peptide to be sequenced and is provided with inlet and outlet tubes for attachment to a sequenator.
