L'invention vise un procédé continu de greffage d'une polyoléfine au sein d'une masse fondue comprenant une polyoléfine d'oléfine linéaire contenant de 2 à 8 atomes de carbone, un monomère fonctionnel greffable et un générateur de radicaux, dans une extrudeuse comprenant à sa sortie une zone de compression suivie d'une zone d'évacuation dans lequel on introduit au moins un additif anti-oxydant dans la masse fondue au plus tard avant l'entrée de celle-ci dans la zone de compression de l'extrudeuse. L'invention vise aussi la polyoléfine greffée stabilisée obtenue au moyen de ce procédé.
