ABSTRACT: A low height or profile weighbridge device consisting of a series of concrete slabs using continuous longitudinal prestressing cables passing over intermediate hinged joints. Each end as well as all hinged joints are mounted on load cells. The stressing cables are made to weave diagonally to produce two directional slab prestressing.
