novel bearing structure is provided herein. The bearing structure is a sealed, self-lubricating, self aligning bearing system for a pin or shaft, especially of a refuse collection machine. The sealed, self-lubricating, self-aligning bearing system includes a pair of longitudinally-spaced-apart bosses for securing the bearing structure to the refuse collection machine. A sealed roller bearing assembly box is disposed around the pivotable pin or shaft. The assembly includes a self-lubricating, self- aligning bearing which is fixed to the pivotable pin or shaft. A bearing assembly box is concentrically- disposed around the self lubricating, self-aligning bearing. The bearing assembly box also includes a bearing guiding surface. A lubricant fitting communicates with the bearing guiding surface to supply the bearing surface with a lubricant. A pair of ring spacers are disposed at the respective lateral edges of the bearing assembly box. Wiper bearing seals are respectively-secured to the ring spacers and in sliding- contact with the pin or shaft, in such a way that ingress of liquid to the bearing is precluded.
