A continuously operating infusion device has two discrete infusion bottles (12) for at least one fluid to be injected to a patient by means of a tubing, each bottle having means (51) for detecting that the infusion of the fluid contained therein is completed and for controlling fluid flow interruption means (53). The device has an upstream infusion device (10) with two feed tubes (50) connected to a bottle (12) and a downstream infusion device (70) with fluid pumping means (72, 84) connected to the patient by a downstream tube (78) as well as to connector means (54). The device is useful for conducting infusions prior to an imaging procedure by X-ray or NMR scanner.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection pouvant fonctionner en continu. Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend deux flacons d'injection (12) indépendantes d'au moins un liquide destiné à être injecté à un patient par une tubulure, chacun des flacons comportant des moyens pour détecter que l'injection du liquide contenu dans le flacon est terminée (51) qui commandent des moyens d'interruption de l'écoulement du liquide (53). Le dispositif se compose d'un dispositif d'injection amont (10) comportant deux tubes d'alimentation (50) reliés à un flacon (12), et d'un dispositif d'injection aval (70) avec des moyens de pompage du liquide (72, 84) reliés au patient par un tube aval (78) d'une part et à des moyens de raccordement (54) d'autre part. Une application est la réalisation d'une perfusion avant un examen radiologique par scanner R.X. ou R.M.N.
