The invention relates to a continuously operating press for the production of particleboards, fiberboards or similar wooden-material boards and plastic sheets, having flexible, endless steel bands which transfer the pressure of the press, pull the material to be pressed through the press, are guided via drive rollers and deflecting rollers around an upper and a lower press bar and are supported with an adjustable press nip against press heating plates on the press bars by means of rolling support elements which are driven so as to revolve and are guided with their axes transverse to the running direction of the band, in the case of which press, for the free longitudinal expansion or contraction of the press heating plates, the press force frame structure of the press is positioned between support carriers and is mounted on sliding members on the lower support carriers. For an improved expansion or contraction of the press heating plates by means of sliding members on the support carriers, the invention consists in the fact that the sliding members are designed as rolling wheel segments (38) and are assigned at each longitudinal side to each individual frame (22).
L'invention se rapporte à une presse à fonctionnement continu pour la production de panneaux de particules, de fibres, ou autres panneaux similaires à base de bois, ainsi que des feuilles de plastique; la presse utilise des bandes d'acier sans fin pour transférer la pression et assurer le déplacement des matériaux à travers la presse; ces bandes d'acier sans fin sont guidées par des galets d'entraînement et de déviation autour des portions supérieure et inférieure de la presse et sont maintenues avec un rouleau de pinçage réglable en appui contre les plaques chauffantes de la presse à l'aide d'éléments de soutien en rotation selon un axe transversal au défilement de la bande; pour la libre dilatation longitudinale et la contraction des plaques chauffantes, la structure de force de la presse est positionnée entre des supports de charge et montée sur les éléments coulissants des supports de charge inférieurs. Pour une dilatation supérieure des plaques chauffantes de la presse à l'aide des éléments coulissants sur les supports de charge, l'invention prévoit que les éléments coulissants se présentent sous la forme de segments de roues (38) assignés dans l'axe longitudinal de chaque cadre individuel (22).
