An apparatus, system, and method for forming an improved barrier between a pan, such as a food service pan, and a substance, such as food, contained therein using a contour fit pan liner are provided. The apparatus includes a pan liner (20) having a contoured bottom edge (24) that is custom fit within a food service pan (3) to cover an interior surface (12) of the pan. The contoured edge (24) of the pan liner conforms to the shape and size of the food service pan and does not have any dog ears, ears, or tails that are typical of conventional pan liner.
L'invention concerne un appareil, un système et un procédé permettant de former une barrière améliorée entre un plat, notamment un plat de service, et une substance, notamment des aliments placés dans ledit plat, au moyen d'un chemisage de plat dont les contours épousent ceux du plat. Ledit appareil comprend un chemisage (20) de plat dont le bord inférieur (24) profilé rentre, sur mesure, dans un plat (3) de service de manière à recouvrir une surface intérieure (12) dudit plat. Le bord profilé (24) du chemisage du plat épouse la forme et la taille du plat de service, et il ne possède pas un coin, une languette ou un quelconque appendice caractéristique des chemisages de plat classiques.
