ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fluid transfer device is disclosed which is moldable rather than having to be machined out of stainless steel, and is therefore relatively simple and inexpensive to manufacture. The device is adapted for use in a metering pump or the like and includes a contour plate having a plurality of concentric rings projecting from the plate and having a plurality of radial slots contained in the plate. The slots intersect with the concentric rings to provide fluid passages between adjacent rings.
