The invention relates to a device comprising at least one safety shut-off control valve (A). A safety valve (B) is optionally connected to said safety shut-off control valve, connected in series in the fluid flow path. In the safety shut-off control valve (A), a sealing valve is returned to a sealing position against a seat (8) by means of a return spring (18), and is controlled by a linear actuator (10) and a connecting rod (9) for continuous adjustment of the valve opening. The connecting rod (9) comprises two independent segments (12, 13) which are at least partially made from a ferromagnetic material and which are magnetically coupled to a magnetic coupling circuit (19) that is activated by a coil (32). While electric power is being supplied to the coil (32), the magnetic field that said coil creates maintains the linking rod (9) segments (12, 13) coupled to one another, such that the linear actuator (10) can control the sealing valve (7). Once the power being supplied to the operating coil (32) is interrupted, the segments (12, 13) separate and the sealing valve (7) returns to said sealing position regardless of the position of the linear actuator (10). At the same time, the check valve (26) of the safety valve (B) is pushed back to the sealing position by a return spring (29). In this way, a continuous control valve with a double safety system is produced.

Le dispositif comprend au moins une vanne de commande à fermeture de sécurité (A), à laquelle est associée éventuellement une vanne de sécurité (B) raccordée en série dans le chemin de circulation de fluide. Dans la vanne de commande à fermeture de sécurité (A), un clapet (7) d'obturation est rappelé en position d'obturation contre un siège (8) par un ressort de rappel (18), et est sollicité par un actionneur linéaire (10) et une tige de liaison (9) pour un réglage continu d'ouverture de la vanne. La tige de liaison (9) est formée de deux tronçons (12, 13) indépendants, constitués au moins en partie de matériau ferromagnétique, et couplés magnétiquement à un circuit magnétique de couplage (19) sollicité par une bobine (32). Tant que la bobine (32) est alimentée en énergie électrique, le champ magnétique qu'elle crée maintient le couplage des tronçons (12, 13) de tige de liaison (9) l'un à l'autre, de sorte que l'actionneur linéaire (10) peut piloter le clapet (7). A l'interruption d'alimentation de la bobine d'actionnement (32), les tronçons (12, 13) se séparent, et le clapet (7) retourne en position d'obturation quelle que soit la position de l'actionneur linéaire (10). Simultanément, le clapet de sécurité (26) de la vanne de sécurité (B) est repoussé par un ressort de rappel (29) en position d'obturation. On réalise ainsi une vanne de commande continue à double sécurité.
