PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif de régulation de transmission des efforts d'une plate-forme semi-submersible sur son bras d'ancrage. La partie supérieure du bras articulé est reliée à sa partie inférieure par un bras articulé sur un levier articulé lui-même sur un gousset solidaire. Ce levier est sollicité par le flotteur. Ainsi, à tout effort tendant à déplacer le bras dans un sens correspond une réaction du flotteur tendant à déplacer le bras en sens contraire,de sorte que l'an- gle formé reste pratiquement constant. L'invention peut être utilisée pour tous types d'ancrages à l'aide de bras articulés.
