ABSTRACT CONTROL DEVICE OF THE TRANSISTOR BASES OF AN INVERTER ARM An inverter arm is made up of two transistors electrically connected in series, each transistor having its own independent control unit. The control units are supplied by a common power supply unit ensuring galvanic insulation by means of a transformer with two distinct secondary windings. This galvanic insulation allows a potential difference of several hundred volts between the transistors and their control circuit.
