The invention relates to a control device 4 for controlling a reactive power compensator 1 connected to an electric power network 2 and arranged to provide reactive power to the electric power network. The control device 4 comprises a voltage regulator 11 outputting a control signal to the reactive power compensator 1 for controlling its supply of susceptance to the electric power network 2. The control device 4 is characterized in that it comprises a gain- adjusting device 12 arranged to adjust the gain of the voltage regulator 11 relative to the point of operation of the reactive power compensator 1.

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de commande (4) permettant de commander un compensateur de puissance réactive (1) connecté à un réseau électrique (2) et conçu pour fournir une puissance réactive au réseau électrique. Le dispositif de commande (4) comprend un régulateur de tension (11) qui fournit en sortie un signal de commande au compensateur de puissance réactive (1) afin de commander l'alimentation en susceptance du réseau électrique (2). Le dispositif de commande (4) est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de réglage du gain (12) conçu pour régler le gain du régulateur de tension (11) par rapport au point de fonctionnement du compensateur de puissance réactive (1).
