The present invention is related to a method of controlling particle sizes of aragonite-type precipitated calcium carbonate comprising the steps of manufacturing various-sized calcium hydroxide through the hydration reaction of CaO, which is caustic lime, while changing the solid-liquid ratio of caustic lime and the initial reaction temperature to 10 ~ 80 ~G stabilizing calcium hydroxide by adding the aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to the suspension of calcium hydroxide; supplying the aqueous solution of sodium carbonate while stirring the suspension in the above stabilizing step; and washing, filtering, and drying the above suspension of calcium carbonate.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'ajustement des dimensions des particules de carbonate de calcium précipité de type aragonite, consistant à fabriquer de l'hydroxyde de calcium de diverses dimensions par réaction d'hydratation de CaO, c'est-à-dire la chaux vive, tout en changeant le rapport solide-liquide de la chaux vive et la température de réaction initiale à 10 ~ 80 °C; à stabiliser l'hydroxyde de calcium par addition de la solution aqueuse d'hydroxyde de calcium à la suspension d'hydroxyde de calcium; à utiliser la solution aqueuse de carbonate de sodium tout en agitant la suspension au cours de ladite étape de stabilisation; et à laver, filtrer, et sécher ladite suspension de carbonate de calcium.
