ABSTRACT A method of controlling wild proso millet in an area of crop growth, which comprises incorporating in the soil of said area a combination of (a) N-ethyl-N-(2-methyl- allyl)-2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylaniline (ethalfluralin) and/or 2,6-dinitro-N,N-dipropyl-4-trifluoromethylaniline (trifluralin) and (b) 3-amino-2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid (chloramben).
