La présente invention concerne une cellule sectorisée d'un réseau de radiocommunication, une station de contrôle pour cette cellule et une méthode d'allocation des ressources dans cette cellule. La cellule forme un premier ensemble qui comprend un noyau (N) et plusieurs secteurs (S1, ..., S4) diposés autour de ce noyau (N), la couverture de cette cellule étant assurée par des organes de transmission formant un second ensemble, les premier et second ensembles étant associés de manière biunivoque. Chaque secteur comprenant un coeur (C1, ... ,C4), au moins une section de séparation (AR1, AV2) figurant entre les coeurs de deux secteurs adjacents (S1, S2), la station de contrôle comprend un organe d'alllocation capable d'attribuer une même ressource aux coeurs (C1, C2) de ces deux secteurs adjacents (S1, S2).
