A CONTROL SYSTEM FOR DEFLECTING AN ELECTRON BEAM Abstract of the Disclosure An electron beam deflection control system comprising a first generator to generate a triangular signal varying at a comparatively low speed, a second generator to generate a stepped signal varying at a comparatively high speed, and a change-over circuit to change-over the first and second generators and to drive one of them, whereby the signal from the generator driven by the change-over circuit is used as a deflection signal for an electron beam.
