ABSTRACT A control system for fuel dispensing outlets wherein access to dispense or vend fuel is permitted only by means of ID cards. Each vending transaction is then recorded in association with the particular fuel pump, the ID of the attendant, the time and amount of the transaction, whereby loss of revenue due to unaccounted for fuel is drastically curtailed.
