An improved control valve (10) for a pressurized water closet (110), having a housing (20), a spool (22) rotatable within the housing (20), a valve stem (30) threadily engaging the spool (22) but fixed from rotating relative to the housing (20) and a needle valve (40) extending from the valve stem (30) and into the housing orifice (60), creating a self-cleaning valve adjustable by rotating the spool (22), which adjusts the depth of the needle valve (40) in the orifice (60), and thus adjusting the effective opening of the orifice (60).
