A controlled atmosphere package for respiring fruits and vegetables, particularly for bananas, is disclosed. The package has a convex outer wall and an atmosphere control element that comprises at least one hole in the container bottom which is placed close to the wall opposite the convex wall. A selective gas-permeable membrane is attached to the container bottom in such a way that the atmosphere control element is hermetically covered by the membrane.
La présente invention concerne un emballage à atmosphère contrôlée permettant de faire respirer des fruits et des légumes, destiné en particulier à des bananes. L'emballage présente une paroi externe convexe et un élément de contrôle de l'atmosphère qui comprend au moins un trou situé dans le fond du contenant qui est placé à proximité de la paroi opposée à la paroi convexe. Une membrane sélective perméable au gaz est fixée au fond du contenant de telle sorte que l'élément de contrôle de l'atmosphère soit couvert hermétiquement par la membrane.
