A portable chamber for transporting and protecting medications against degradation by ambient temperature and humidity conditions. The chamber is comprised of an insulated outer housing preferably made up of two pieces with an upper member sealingly detachable and interconnected to a sliding front member opening to an internal cavity. Temperature and humidity level sensing elements quantitatively measure the chamber's interior relative values and in direct communication with heat/cold and humidifier/dehumidifier source members operatively keep the cavity thereby the medications at preselected set levels as per the user's desire.
