Controlled release and taste masking compositions containing one or more active principles inglobated in a three-component matrix structure, i.e. a structure formed by successive amphiphilic, lipophilic or inert matrices and finally inglobated or dispersed in hydrophilic matrices. The use of a plurality of systems for the control of the dissolution of the active ingredient modulates the dissolution rate of the active ingredient in aqueous and/or biological fluids, thereby controlling the release kinetics in the gastrointestinal tract.
L'invention concerne des compositions à libération contrôlée et au goût masqué contenant au moins un principe actif enfermé dans une structure matricielle à trois composants, à savoir une structure formée par des successions de matrices amphiphile, lipophile et inerte, lesquelles étant finalement enfermées et dispersées dans des matrices hydrophiles. L'utilisation d'une pluralité de systèmes pour commander la dissolution de l'ingrédient actif modifie le taux de dissolution de l'ingrédient actif dans des fluides aqueux et/ou des liquides biologiques, régulant ainsi la cinétique de libération dans les voies gastro-intestinales.
