There is described a pharmaceutical composition for controlled release of an active compound wherein the active compound is selected from the group comprising tramadol, resveratrol, acetaminophen, xorphanol, cinfenoac, furcloprofen, bismuth subsalicylate, enofelast, triflusal, ketorfanol, indriline, furofenac, cizolirtine, dacemazine, demelverine, and fenethazine, and derivatives and/or combinations thereof for the treatment or alleviation of depression. More particularly, there is described an abuse resistant pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of, inter alia, depression and controlled release pharmaceutical compositions of related thereto.

La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour la libération contrôlée dun composé actif, celui-ci étant choisi dans le groupe comprenant le tramadol, le resvératrol, le paracétamol, le xorphanol, le cinfénoac, le furcloprofène, le subsalicylate de bismuth, lénofélast, le triflusal, le kétorfanol, lindriline, le furofénac, la cizolirtine, la dacémazine, la démelvérine et la fénéthazine, et des dérivés et/ou leurs combinaisons pour le traitement ou le soulagement de la dépression. De manière plus particulière, linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique nentraînant pas dusage abusif pour le traitement, entre autres, de la dépression et des compositions pharmaceutiques à libération contrôlée qui y sont apparentées.
